Deposits: Private parties are booked by placing a deposit of $200 to secure the desired date and time. Please note that private party’s book quickly, especially on weekends, so please try and schedule as far in advance as possible to ensure your desired time and day is available, your date will not be held without deposit – no exceptions!

 

Remaining balance is due at least 5 business days before event to ensure time for canvas prep, supplies, and headcount.

 

Any party 2 hours outside of Charlotte NC (and surrounding areas) will have a travel fee added of $150

Party duration may also be extended at the price of $50 per each additional hour of instruction (60 minutes).

Painting Selection: Private parties have their choice of painting selection! Jlenee Creative will work with you to create a custom design for your event (for preparation we need to have your selection 1 week prior to your party).
 

Cancellation Policy: While we regret to lose the opportunity to paint with you, our private party cancellation policy is in place to protect Jlenee Creative. For this reason, we firmly require a minimum of 10 business days (Monday-Friday) notice of cancellation before your party date to grant a deposit refund or rescheduled date. A delayed deposit placed less than 7 days before the desired party date will not be eligible for either refund or reschedule. All refunds made 10 days before the event will be charged a $60 cancellation fee (taken out of the deposit).
